Chivda is very tasty to eat, you can eat it in the evening or you can also use it as a light snack during the journey on the way.There are also very easy recipes to make Chivda, you can make it in 10 minutes and eat it.
Chivda is a popular snack to eat in Bombay in India. So let’s start making Chivda with me
material:
2 large bowls Murmura
2 large bowl cornflakes(ready to eat)
1 cup peanuts
1 cup cashew nuts
1 cup raisins
1 cup roasted chana dal
1/2 tsp turmeric
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon red chili powder
1 tsp amchur
One and a half (1.5) teaspoon powdered sugar
1/2 tsp chaat masala
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup curry leaves
4-5 green chilies chopped
Method:
First of all, mix salt, chili, mango, sugar and chaat masala in a bowl and keep it.
Now heat oil in a pan and fry peanuts after that add chana dal and cashews in it and take them out in a big pot.
Now the spices mixed in the bowl will be mixed well and raisins will also be mixed in it.
Now fry curry leaves and green chilies in this oil and add turmeric and a pinch of salt to it and cook the puffed rice for 5 minutes on a very low flame so that the moisture comes out from it.
Now mix the puffed rice and cornflakes also with the rest of the ingredients and mix the prepared chivda well so that the spices become uniform.
Delicious Chivda is ready.
