Mango Fondant


Mango is liked by everyone from elder to children, so we call mango the king of fruits, it is the season of mango, summer is also very much, so let’s make some interesting recipes with mango, you can make it anytime, you can use it as a dessert.

⭐⭐Mango Fondant⭐⭐
1 liter full fat milk
1/4th cup hapoos mango
1/4th cup sugar
1 teaspoon cardamom powder
Few dry fruits (almonds, cashews, pistachios)
some saffron threads
Recipe Step By step
⭐First we will divide the milk into two parts
⭐Now put half a liter of milk in a vessel and boil it and after adding 1-2 drops of lemon juice or vinegar in it, we will make paneer out of it and keep it aside.
⭐Now we will chop the mango finely and keep it in a bowl
⭐Now take a vessel and keep the remaining milk for boiling, when the milk comes to a boil, we will put the prepared paneer in it, as soon as the milk starts to thicken, we will put finely chopped mango in it and cook it on low heat, then with the help of spatula With this we will mash this mixture.
⭐Cook on a medium flame
⭐Now add saffron soaked in milk and add cardamom powder to it.
⭐Now add sugar to it, we have taken 1/4th cup of sugar, but according to the sweetness of mango, we can add less sugar and let it cook till it becomes thick, when it is cooked, turn off the gas.
⭐Now take a plate or tin and grease it with ghee and add the cooked mango mixture to it.
⭐Now take another big plate and take cold water in it and keep the mango mixture tin inside it to cool down.
⭐When the tin cools down, put it in the fridge for a few hours to set.
⭐After the mixture is set, cut it into desired shape.
⭐Now finely chop the dry fruit and garnish with some cardamom powder and saffron thread  it on top of the mixture.
