Seviya
Se-vi-ya and Vermicelli are made from maida, earlier people used to make it at home, in summer, women used to make seviya by doing their household chores quickly, most people eat sevia or vermicelli pudding, but along with sweet dishes, its Salted Sevia is also made. As we know that children like noodles very much, then instead of Maggi or Chowmein, you can also give them this salty seviya, they look and taste like noodles, so in this way you can separate your children. Healthy breakfast can be eaten in different ways
You can eat Namkeen Seviya for breakfast or lunch or even as a tea snack in the evening, it is also very easy to make.
As I said in my previous recipe that we take great care of health along with taste in our recipes.
These ingredients are needed to make Namkeen Seviya.
1 cup vermicelli / vermicelli
2 cups water
salt to taste
3-4 chopped green chilies
1 tsp mustard
1 onion chopped
3 tbsp ground roasted peanuts
1 chopped boiled peas
1 carrot chopped
1 chopped tomato
1 tsp oil
So let’s start making Namkeen Sevia
First of all, put a vessel on the gas, now the flame has to be kept high, when the pot becomes hot, then add a small spoon of oil in it, when the oil becomes hot, add mustard, when the mustard starts to cook, then we will put onion and green chili in it. Fry till it turns pink, now add chopped carrots and peas and fry it, now add ground peanuts, salt and tomatoes and leave it to cook for 5 minutes.
Now add seviya and water to it, now let it cook for 5-7 minutes
Our Namkeen Sevia is ready.
Now serve it hot and enjoy the salty seviya.
